We do not sell your data. The process description you enter is used only to generate your SOP. We do not run advertising networks on this site. We use privacy-respecting analytics and PayPal for payments.
The text you enter in the builder (your process description and optional fields) is sent to our server and to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your preview and your SOP. We do not require an account and we do not build a marketing profile from your input. We do not store your generated SOP after it is returned to your browser; if you want to keep it, copy, download, or print it.
We use Google Analytics (gtag.js) to understand aggregate, anonymous usage — page views and events such as "preview" and "purchase" — so we can improve the tool. This sets Google Analytics cookies. Analytics data is not tied to the content of your SOP. You can block analytics with your browser or an extension without affecting the tool.
Payments are processed by PayPal. When you pay, PayPal handles your card or account details directly — we never see or store your full payment information. We receive only the order confirmation needed to deliver your SOP and, if requested, issue a refund.
