How to request a refund

Email ghdejr11@gmail.com with your PayPal order ID (shown at checkout and in your PayPal receipt) and a one-line note about what went wrong. Refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method, typically within a few business days.

If generation failed

If your payment went through but the SOP did not generate, that is on us — contact support with your order ID and we will re-run it or refund you in full. Payment is never silently lost.

No subscription

AI SOP Builder is a one-time purchase per SOP. There is no subscription and nothing recurring to cancel.

Consumers in Korea (한국 소비자 안내)

If you are a consumer in the Republic of Korea, the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (“the Act”) applies. We checked the text of these provisions at the National Law Information Center (law.go.kr) on 2026-10-07. This section does not remove any right you have under the Act, and where it differs from the guarantee above, the one that is better for you applies.

• Withdrawal within 7 days (Act Article 17(1)). You may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days of the day you received the contract details or, if delivery started later, the day delivery started.
• Delivered digital content (Article 17(2) item 5 and proviso, Article 17(6) and Enforcement Decree Article 21-2). The Act lets a seller limit withdrawal once the supply of digital content has begun, but the seller must indicate this and take the measures the Decree sets out for trial use of the content (Article 17(6)); if the seller does not, the limit does not apply and you may withdraw within the 7 days even after delivery.
• If it differs from what we described (Article 17(3)). If what you receive differs from our description or from the contract, you can withdraw within 3 months of receiving it, and within 30 days of the day you found out or could have found out.
• Refund within 3 business days (Article 18(2) and (3)). We refund within 3 business days of the day you withdraw. For a payment made through PayPal or a card, we promptly ask the payment provider to cancel the charge or, if we have already received the money, promptly return it to the payment provider and tell you (Article 18(3)). If we delay the refund, we pay delay damages for the delayed period at 15% per year (Article 18(2), Enforcement Decree Article 21-3). We charge no penalty or damages for a withdrawal under Article 17(1) (Article 18(9)).

한국 소비자 안내. 전자상거래법이 적용됩니다. (1) 계약내용을 받은 날(공급이 더 늦으면 공급이 시작된 날)부터 7일 이내에 청약철회를 할 수 있습니다(제17조 제1항). (2) 디지털콘텐츠 제공이 시작된 경우의 철회 제한(제17조 제2항 제5호)은 사업자가 그 사실을 표시하고 시행령 제21조의2의 시험 사용 조치를 한 경우에만 적용되며(제17조 제6항), 그렇지 않으면 제공 후에도 7일 이내 철회할 수 있습니다(제17조 제2항 단서).
